I'm pretty new to the print game so please be gentle haha. I'm currently working with a Nuvera 120EA and ran a user diagnostic Corotron Cleaning Routine on it. I ran the test individually and the Pre-Transfer Cleaner had reported back failure. What are my next steps in this process? I'm trying to find something in the documentation to lead me the right way as well. Any help would be apprechiated.
