Reboots of the system almost always indicate a hardware issue. Please call your Xerox service number and request a technician to troubleshoot this issue.

Im guessing brand new mod 4's.  Cant say until we know more if others are running ok then its not a application issue. Does it ever do it in standby. Does it ever have issues on boot up? The system memory chips are unstable to say the least. I would get any pc check cd comes with every server also called hardware check disk. Let it boot of fthe disk and run full memory test all banks, system verification test etc etc . I use this all the time on all freeflow servers to even my own pc. Does no harm and doesnt load any files and works great for intermittent or partial failed hardware.

Nuvera 144 EA Production system shuts down and reboots loosing print jobs

We have installed 4 new Nuvera printers recently. One of them will freeze and then shut down and then reboot. When it does the jobs that were being processed are lost or corrupted. There are no core files on the system that would indicate a DUMP.
