Offending Command: nan "nan" 7535 Xerox

Hi!

I dont know exactly what's going on. But one thing I know, when I print from USB, print job queue stays forever in processing. Moreover, after I executed the delete command from local UI it stays even there. Ive got this error after executing the print calibration at final step (step 3). And by the way, I've done a couple of restarts, yet it even stucks on the printer.

Thanks for your reply.

 

I would like you to know that this error doesn't came from the job which I gave to the printer. I got this error after executing the print calibration and after that, printing from USB stays processing. I can use other services like copy and scanning to usb.

 

Is this a bug that needs patch fixes???

I am more of an overall forum moderator than technical expert on this specific device.

 

I have researched our internal analyst forums and on line knowledge data and found no match to your symptom.


I suggest contacting our service support and if needed they can record any bugs and get you a resolution.
