Not knowing the product I assume it's a corrupt print job. 

Try reinstalling the driver and make sure it's printing to ip and not wsd

Tremendous Thursday everyone,

4/25 - Diagnosing power/sleep problem. Printer has issue after (:30 low power timeout & :30 sleep timeout) settings. As follows:
* - user tries to send print job = Windows shows printer 'offline'
1. Printer wakes from sleep
2. Runs lengthy "Checking File System" check
3. Reboots
4. Prints job(s) in print queue

Software verison: 1.47.0

Current software update version: 57.35.1  installed on 4/5/19
