Our unit says it has a open heat error, did what support said to do and it did not work, what else could we do to trouble shoot the issue.

The support documents said to unplug unit and shut down for 30 seconds. This did not work.
Unfortunately with this error/issue the Fuser will most likely need to get replaced. If you are covered by a service agreement please call 1-800-835-6100 Option 1, 1 or call them if you need to get part numbers to order privately. To purchase the parts,call 1-800-835-6100 options 9,3,1.

My Machine recently gave us this error message. I also tried what the manual instructed, to no avail. As the fuser was likely old, I replaced it along with the toner cartridge. I still get the same error. Is there a way for me to reset this error message manually or do I have to call a service tech? We are not on a contract.
i am also facing heating problem please friends tell me if any one having the proper sloution for the prolem ....
