Thank you for using the Support Forum. Make sure you have a good power source. The printer must be plugged in directly to the wall outlet, no surge protector or extension cord. If it does not come on when plugged in to a dedicated outlet then please contact the place you purchased the machine from and try to have it replaced since it is brand new.
