PAPER JAM IN THE BASE OF THE PRINTER WHERE THE PAPER CANNOT BE ACCESSED

Product Name: WorkCentre 6515
Operating System: Windows 10

We had a paper jam which we were able to extract the paper by opening the rear "door" of the printer.  The paper jammed when the next copy was underway but this time the paper was still at the base of the machine.  It can be seen if the machine is turned upside down and in the bottom roller of the "back" door.  It doesn't appear to be bunched up.  Without taking the machine apart has anyone got any idea on how to move the paper?
