PHASER 6360 print quality issues

I have a 6360 Phaser from 2009 or so that has been great over the years. I replaced the transfer roller and imaging unit last week with OEM parts to correct print quality problems but it has gotten worse. I am using OEM toner for all cartridges. Take a look at the images to see how blue toner has collected all through the paper path on roller and imaging unit... any idea what the next steps would be in troubleshooting? All of the prior poor print quality and spotting seemed to point to imaging unit issue when I did repeating defects page but as I said this part is new and now the spotting and poor blue coverage is worse than ever. Blue toner is running down very quickly compared to other colors.

Fuser is not very old.
