Maybe a bad cpu cooling fan.

I suggest you try clearing the spooler, and also try printing from CWIS and see if the same problem occur.

PRINTER POWERING OFF

Hi,

 

We have a brand new Xerox 7535 printer at our office. It was working fine till yesterday but then the problem started. When ever we give a print, the machine goes off. We have to restart the machine after two to three minutes( immeadiately it will not work). Then at the booting stage itself the pending print would come from the machine. The system looks absolutely fine till we give the next print.

 

Every print we need we have to restart the machine.

 

Please advise.
