Hi,

You will need a tech, because there is a problem with dispensing system (a broken gear or auger).

Hello,

I have a problem with a wc7535, i am getting a message to change the black toner (K) , i did change it with a new one but i am getting again the same message.The error code that is on fault history is 393.973.00.

What should i do next?
