Hi,

It is possible to have a problem with the main motor. This motor energise the black drum cartridge and is known to fail.

Hello.

I have a problem with an wc 7220, when the customer did change the black toner it was getting and message on screen *black toner is emty replace it with a new one*.He did change 2 black toner and it was getting the same problem.We change the dispencer assembly and dispencer motor assembly and we had the same problem.

I upgrade to the last firmware,in diag mode 

Perform dC301 - domain COPIER - sub domain COPY CONTROLLER & PRINT ENGINE - NVM data SYSTEM and then it see the toner at 100%.

After that the machine was staying at a condition "please wait...adjusments are made" and error code 394.910, i did a 

a dc301 NVM reinitialization: Copier/ copy controller + print engine/ user.

Butt again the same problem.

What i should do thanks you.
