It isn't a parts to be replaced kind of issue, you , or someone there, set trays as dedicated.

as admin go to Machine Status  >Tools > Device Settings  >Paper Management > Tray Settings and set them to Adjustable

Hi,

Have you replaced MD PWB ( MCB ) with the correct part no. 960K55090? I ask because there is another part for lower speed of machine (7525,7530, 7535)?

If yes, it remains to be replaced 960K54150 Tray Module PWB.

Paper Trays not recognized

Product Name: WorkCentre 7525/7530/7535/7545/7556
Operating System: Windows 10
This printer has 4 trays built into the front, and one bypass tray, labeled # 5.

The printer only sees Trays 1 and 5.

When I open the door for tray 1, it shows up on the UI, and when I close it, I have to confirm the paper type. This does not happen on any of the other trays (2-4).

They do not show up on any of the paper settings or options.

I’ve already replaced the MCU & MCB.

Any ideas?
