Paper jammed in print

Product Name: WorkCentre 5845/5855
Operating System: Windows 10

Hope you are doing well. I had an issue with machine i dont no what is happening. Paper stopped in R3 and R2 area double side copy after removing still error remove paper after i restart it still error please help me out.
