Please take a look at this article it talks about when a tray will not go back into the printer. If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-835-6100.

Paper tray jam

I am facing issues trying to push the paper tray all the way back in. My wife opened the tray to take a couple of papers out and says she had to pull on it a bit hard as it seemed stuck. Anyhow now it won't go back in. I have tried solutions given on this forum that I could find; dont think the tray is broken and the paper remain locked down as well. I am just wondering if the printer is broken as I can see a small paper feeder dropping down inside the section where the tray goes. Is that normal?
