Hi Dave,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Are you sure the paper is not in the transport area?  Please take a look at solution 2 in the solutions for clearing a jam from Tray 3 and see if this helps.  If not Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Hi all,

 

We have recently had the above printers installed in our office. One of them has a paperjame behind tray 3 on the bottom right hand side, you can see the paper behind the tray. Is it possible to remove the tray on these units does anyone know?

 

Seems a bit extreme to call an engineer on site to remove a paperjam?
