I need to reset the admin password on a new WorkCentre 3335. The default admin 1111 does not work.
I've rang twice in the last 4 weeks for support and am told that someone will ring back. I've only had an email for my details despite giving this in my previous two phone calls. I replied to the email and have had no response. I appreciate things are not running normaly but 4 weeks and no response is poor customer service in my opinion.

The password on a new machine is its serial number, try it in upper case and lower case
