Persistent line scratch on drum surface

Thanks Gabi. I live in a remote town in Africa (somewhere in Benue state in Nigeria) and I cant possibly access a tech of Xerox Machine. How can I do-it-myself in this circumstance .. I will appreciate your help. Thanks

Hi,

You will need a tech, because it could be a problem with residual toner system or with the developer housing for affected color.

My drum developed line scratch on its surface after I attempted a caliberation of my machine, although the process did not finish before the machine went off. I changed the faulty drum unit, and another unit developed the s the same scratch. I am afraid to change it this time...what could be the cause...
