I would contact the support department at 1-800-835-6100 to be sure of the running temperature of the printer.

Phaser 3020 oven hot when idle

Product Name: Phaser 3020
Operating System: Windows 11

Hi, it is normal the oven to be very hot when printer is idle (not sleeping) ? Sometimes even after half hour, one hour ?
