If you have not done so please reboot the unit. If you have and it still shows a sending status, you will need to have service come out to perform a memory clear. 1-800-835-6100
Did you ever get resolution to your problem? I am experiencing the same issue, but when I try to Clear the memory/settings I get Unavailable message. I am going to try ot keep printer off for 43 hrs to crear the fax volatile sdram. But please let me know if something worked for you?
when i enable fax forwarding to corporate email, after a while this problem occurs. after a reset (waiting a week for me). i disabled just fax forwarding there is no any problems. But infact i need faxforward to email function???
