Phaser 3320 Boot-Loop "Warming Up - Please wait"

Hi all,

we've got a 3320 here that won't power up anymore. When turning it on, it just displays "Warming Up - Please wait", green and orange LEDs are on. Then after a few seconds, the lights and message turn off quickly, and it all repeats.

Support told me that we'll have to pay 400-500€ (without even knowing what the issue was..), so I guess we're on our own. Any idea?

Thanks :)

Oli

If the warming is failing, the issue will be the fuser, so remove the fuser and boot it up to discount that part as the issue or to confirm it

Hi Joe,

thanks for your quick reply. I removed the fuser, the issue still persists. What would be the next step?

Cheers

I'm not sure, possibly someone else may chime in who knows more on the hardware issues, in your shoes I would search online for a service manual.

Google for "xerox 3320 service manual"

Re: Phaser 3320 Boot-Loop "Warming Up - Please wait"

I found the service manual, but it doesn't cover this issue. Most of the troubleshooting requires access to the service menu, which in turn requires a working boot-up, which I don't have. :(

Soo.. I can probably throw it in the trash.

Thanks for your help, much appreciated!
