I would, simply because printers can't really skew the output, in my experience, skew always means the paper ran crooked, and if the adf is feeding wrong, the roller is the only answer.
I am in Canada. I presume then you agree that new rollers would be a good solution for these issues?
You can get them from this site, but of course I have no idea what country you are in, but your local google page should find it quickly by searching for xerox 3325 roller
Xerox has no online store or database to look through, I believe the parts are listed in the user guide, but I find Google vastly quicker for those types of lookups
I have a problem with a Phaser 3325 that is less than 3 years old where the ADF is pulling multiple pages if I have alot of scanning to do. It happens only when I have many pages but of course not right away only after it has already scanned about half.
Also, when printing, it is sometimes skewing the print. I've check and rechecked the paper guides and we are using the same paper.
I though maybe its time to buy new rollers however I can't seem to find them for this model.
Any advice? Thanks.
