Hi, We have a weird problem whit a phaser 3600. When the printer initialize itself, the pickup roller of the manual feed start and don't stop, it take 2 or 3 sheets and said paperjam. This problem happend when there is some paper or not.
I had try some trouble shooting:
I had remove the cover and fond there is a coil witch is not properly work, when you put some paper, the coil is activated and the pickup roller start turning and it doesn't stop. I try to unplug the coil and it doesn't re-initialize.
Is it only the coil?
is there someone can help me?
