I have tried at a couple of locations with the same result. I was kind of hoping that
someone would be able to say "Oh yeah, that typically means X,Y or Z is failing
and should be replaced".
I guess I just need to find a service/repair place nearby (Wilmington, Mass).
Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solution for power cycling paying special attention to step 3 about the power source, make sure you have the machine plugged directly to a dedicated outlet. If this is not the issue then please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
I have a 3635MFP that won't 'start', it just keeps running through the power up cycle.
I have disconnected from the network and unplugged the unit. After I plug it back in
(still disconnected from the network) and turn it on, after a bit the lights will blink, the startup screen
will display (please wait) and then it will go blank and start that cycle over. It looks like it
would do this for as long as I wanted to leave it on. Occasionally it will display the operator screen
for just a second just before it starts over but not long enough to do anything with.
Any suggestions regarding what might be wrong? I have tried removing the paper tray and toner
cartidge in an effort to force an error but the same thing happens.
