Hi MukIT,

I just pust a new I/P board in a 4510 for a RAM ERROR. The printer spools but there are no lights or display on the LCD panel. Any Ideas? I have reseated teh connectors twice and reinstalled the old board to see if it would do anything and it does display just has the RAM ERROR. IS it possible I got a defective baord or the wrong board? The part I received was 960K41806.
