Phaser 4510 'Replace Toner Cartridge'

Hi there, I have a Phaser 4510DT printer that has lately been having issues with print cartridges. Model Phaser 4510DT Operating System(OS) 8.60 PostScript(PS) 4.11.2 Engine(Eng) 3.00.00.00 Networking(Net) 40.52.06.01.2009 Adobe PostScript 3016.101 (9) PCL 5e/6 Version 7.0.1 When I put in a toner cartridge, within 1 week it will now say "Replace Toner Cartridge" and not print. Sometimes reseating the toner will get it to print another page (just one!). Printer logs show a very low number of pages having actually been printed. Toner: Hi-Capacity 113R00712 Genuine XEROX How can I determine what the cause of this issue is?

Some toner cartridges were manufactured incorrectly. If you call phone support they can determine if you have one of these and replace it.
