Hi guys,

I have a phaser 6100 that's incredibly well cared for but recently developed an issue where every print has a horizontal pinstripe of all 4 colors. It's not consistent in depth of color across the width, but at the darkest point you can tell it's all 4 colors.

Figuring I would have to order either a transfer roller or imager, I went ahead and took both apart carefully, cleaned them well, and reassambled. The first two demo pages showed no issue.

I thought it was fixed.

Well, I relocated it back to my side desk, and powered it back on and the issue is back. I have put a screenshot inline.

Any advice ?
