I constantly get this error, upon startup and after it prints out the info sheet. I've opened it, looked around, nothing to see jammed. If power off/on it prints out the info sheet, then the same "Paper Jam Transfer" error appears.

I moved recently and it sat in a musty damp area for 2 weeks powered off.

ANy ideas?
