Hi, we have a serious problem with a Phaser 6121MFP.
After about 10 prints display this error code: C310 - EEPROM.
If we turn off the printer and then turn on it again after few minutes without power cable we can use it as i said for about 10 pages... What I don't understand is what this error refers to. Is it tha main board or something else? We updated firmware with last available on xerox's site (V101) but with no success. Is it possible to fix this problem or we have to change our machine? How we can reset this error code?

Question is that we would like to know what component it refers to! If it refers to the main board and we have to change whole machine or not.
