Your product does not have support for 10.9, and it may not change in the future, Xerox may not be focusing on updating drivers for this machine.
You can try using the generic driver thats built-in in 10.9, thats all you got, or another OS.
Complaining here won't help.

I don't care if the development of the driver is difficult. Xerox is a huge company, it's scandalous it takes more than a year to make a driver. Many businesses and private people are stuck on OS X Mountain Lion because there printer will not work.

If you think xerox is the only company having a hard time making drivers for OS X, you're 100% wrong.
Have a look at other manufacturers driver pages and you will see, it's not easy making new drivers for OS X everytime a new update comes out.
On Windows you usually just have to tweak the driver a little, and most of the times you can use older drivers.
For example I installed a win vista driver on my win8.1 computer, no issues at all.

Our office want to upgrade to Mavericks. When can we expect to do that?
With the previous version (OS X Mountain Lion) the update of the driver was also delayed and still not available. Xerox is very bad in updating drivers. In the future shall our company stop buying printers from Xerox. Sorry, but we need a future-proof partner.

There is no updated compatibility list for OS X 10.9 yet, Xerox will upload it HERE.
Checking for driver compatibility before updating the OS is a must.

Good morning.
I've a Macintosh and upgraded to OSX10.9. (Mavericks) and the scanner of my 6121MFP doesn´t work (it was working until I upgrade software). I need the corresponding driver for my Phaser 6121MFP. What's the ETA on that one? My productivity is afected as I need to reach a Windows computer to scan my work. I can print perfect without any problem.
