Phaser 6125n - Unable to set up USB connection + false Paper Jam message
As a Newbie, I hope that I am in the correct forum - please bear with me:-
(1) My new 6125n printer works fine when Networked via a Ethernet cable. In case of a Network problem I want to set up printing via USB as a contingency. Despite following the instructions, Setup will not recognize the USB connection. Shall I try physically disconnecting the Ethernet cable, deleting the 6125n connection via Control Manager in WIN7, so no printer drivers are loaded, the try setup again trying to establish the USB printer as the only connection ?
(2) After installing this new printer, 3 days ago, the error message "Paper Jam" was erroneously reported on several occasions when the paper was loaded and there as no sign of a paper jam. Is there anything obvious I should check ?
