Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please consider performing a Color Registration on the machine and see if that will help with the colors.  If that does not help consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Phaser 6130 colour problems

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I'm having problems printing most colours.

Greens are coming out as red and yellow and blues come out purple etc.

I've changed the toners.

Could this be a problem with the imaging unit? I've tried resetting everything.

Page couters state 4,587 colour and 14,347 black impressions.

Any suggestions?
