Thank you for using the Support Forum. Remove the cyan cartridge. You should get a message to replace it at that point turn off the machine and wait 30 seconds. Before you power back on install the cyan cartridge and make sure it is seated in the machine close the cover and power the machine back on. If it still fails then please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
Got the message that cyan cartridge is empty... It should not be as I never use color..
Replaced it with brand new Xerox original one. Same message. Tried re-seating it and re-starting the printer. Same message and it won't print in black or color.
