We are having an issue with a Xerox Phaser 6350 that has the following issues:
*Machine will not show anything when the power cord is plugged into the surge protector. Tried different power cords, different outlet, different surge protector.
*Machine glows a red LED light under the clear plastic window on the top of the printer.
*When the power is plugged in, the power supply makes a sound.
I checked the FAQ section and read the manual completely, but I cannot find anything that references this error. I suspect that it might be the fuser, but fusers are non returnable once opened.
Any ideas?
