Hello wino255,

 

I would like to try and help you, but I need to know all of the details of what led up to you writing this post.  Can you explain how this all started and everything that you have done to try and fix the issues as they appeared?  This will help me understand what might have happened and what to try in order to help you fix it.  I may not be able to fix it via messages back and forth, but I'll try.  You may ultimately need to schedule a service call with Xerox, but I'd like to avoid that.

Phaser 6350dt

This printer is driving me crazy

 

so far I have replaced all toners, transfer roller, transfer unit, and the last one it asked for was the Fuser unit, which I waited a month for, and now that I have replaced the Fuser unit, I do get any letters or numbers on the printer screen, no errors in the device manager.

Long story short, it's not working after replacing all of the above

any suggestions besides trashing it?

P.S. After replacing the above mentioned, it worked until,  one at a time needed to be replaced
