Tenho uma Xerox Phaser 6510.
Estava usando ela normal e nesta semana após reinicialização, recebo uma mensagem de erro: Desligue e ligue 044-370. O ping da impressora pode ser feito, mas não está acessível via USB.
Alguém pode me ajudar a resolver por favor?
Can your support department give me tips on how to solve this problem?
Maybe with a very special software?

I searched our Knowledgebase for that code and it says it is Controller Communication Failure and if you can't clear it with a power off/on then you will need to Contact our Support Dept for more assistance.
Hello. Over the weekend I tried to upgrade my Phaser 6510 with a new firmware.
That upgrade failed. Every time after rebooting, I get an error message: Turn off and on 044-370.
The printer can be pinged but is not accessible via USB.
Can anyone help me?
