I am having the same issue. I've removed and reseated everything that can be taken out. I've also tried different outlets. The machine was working fine when last used. It's been idle for a ittle under two months. Is there a solution anyone knows of?

Haven't seen that , but try removing anything removable (Toner/Imaging Unit/ Waste cart etc) then turn it on. If any of them are the cause it will boot.

Phaser 6600 will not start up have both power and error lights

I have a Phaser 6600 it will not start up. The Power light comes on and the Error light comes on.. both are on continuiously. there is not message in the display so I have no Fault codes. has anyone had this problem and can assit me in fixing it.
