Get your money back by returning the SD card. Next step is a technician. Sorry, I have nothing left I can offer in this case.

Ordered the SD Card and replaced it, but still get the same FPGA error.  Any ideas?

If able, update the firmware.

If it is not bootable, replace the SD Card. (Pretty sure you need to get them from Xerox)

Phaser 6700DN FPGA Error

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I turned on my Phaser 6700 tonight and the display just says FPGA Error. 

 

Here is what I have tried so far:

1.  Power cycled

2.  Unplugged for 5 minutes and tried again

3.  Read that this may be due to corrupt SD card, so I removed and reinserted the SD card just to make sure it had a proper connection.

 

Any ideas what I should do next?
