Hi again!
This is what an engineer would do.
1. Cycle system power and check for POST errors.
2. Reseat IP Board and Control Panel connections.
3. Replace the Control Panel.
4. Replace the IP Board.
5. Replace the Control Panel wiring harness.
Best Regards

I had already tried that as well...but thanks for the suggestion. I have a feeling it is the imagine processing board. I took a reading and there is voltage at J404.
Hi iHuman!
Does the Xerox logo show on startup?
Try holding the power saver button for five seconds and then pressing and releasing the pause button to reset the display.

I have a 6700DN that suddenly stopped working. The control panel is blank.
I have tried:
- powering on and off
- confirmed it is not in power saver mode
- checked the POST LED - there are no lights blinking
- to print a page from my laptop (connection failed)
- print a page via CUPs (status: The printer is not responding)
- print a test page from the button on the back of the printer (works fine).
Any suggestions? It seems like it is the control panel - but the fact that I can't print to it directly from the network makes me wonder if is is something else.
Thanks!
