There is no way for a customer to access this reset menu. It is only accessed though the service technician diagnostic's menu.
Jeff, This will require a service technician to access Service diagnostics to reset the printer HFSi count

I am having an issue with our Phaser 7100dn where error code 010-421 to replace the Fuser will not go away. I have replaced the fuser multiple times with brand new fusers, but the message to replace the fuser will not go away.
I tried unplugging for 2 minutes and even cleared the NVM in an attempt to fix this, but no luck. I also upgraded the firmware to the latest.
Is there a script or something I can run to reset this? What are my other options?
