I have a Phaser 7400dx and the LCD display is blank (does not show any text). The backlight is on, the ready/fault LED functions and the printer prints. It is frustrating that whenever the red LED is on, I need to login to the webserver page to see the error.
I have seen that in years past, Xerox offered a repair for this type of problem. Are there any suggestions to get this display functional?
