Phaser 7750 - toner sensor

Hello,

 

we have a problem with magenta toner sensor. On machine's display and also through internet browser it shows a question mark or 'unknown' status. So we don't know how much magenta toner is there in the machine. Is there a way to clean this sensor or reset it?
