Phaser 7760 Red Light Blank screen

the printer loads software from the harddrive. if you can not hear it spin up the harddrive may be bad.

Hi all,

I have a Phaser 7760 which we just moved in the office. I have restarted it, however I get a blank screen and a red light.

Does anyone know how I can troubleshoot this error? The printer has toner, and was working fine earlier this week.

I have trying reseating the mother board, in case that may have moved when we moved the printer around. However that does not fix the issue.

Any guidance is appreciated as I desperatley need to get it back online.
