Thanks for the suggestion Joe - there wasn't anything blocking the sensors at all. Xerox sent a tech out today and it seems to be a mechanical failure of some sort, nothing we could have fixed without them. Thanks!

Check for any obstructed sensors around the door, if you can't find one call Xerox, it's new so it should be covered if it is a defect.

Phaser 7800 - Close Left Side Door C Error

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Just finished setting up brand new Phaser 7800GX and although the left side door "C" is closed, I'm getting an error message requiring me to close the left side door "C". 

 

I've tried opening and closing several times, as well as restarting a few times and still giving the error.

 

Any suggestions?
