Hi - thanks for the suggestion! I updated to the latest firmware and unfortunately, it's still not being recognized. Tried taking out and reinstalling and restarting the printer fully and still nothing. Looks like next step will have to be a tech come out to have a look. Thanks though!

I think you have to update your driver. try that it will helpful.
