Re: Phaser 7800 Error 392.675.00

I try to give my best so that my opinion on it is that : The error message you're encountering on your Phaser 7800 printer, specifically "Engine Error, 392.675.00," suggests an issue with the ADC mini setup for the yellow color. However, troubleshooting printer problems remotely can be challenging, and it's best to consult with a professional or Xerox support for accurate diagnosis and resolution. They can provide specific guidance based on your printer model, operating system, and error code.

Phaser 7800 Error 392.675.00

Product Name: Phaser 7800
Operating System: macOS 10.14 - Mojave

Hi all!

I have a 7800 phaser that is giving me problems.
One day it crashed and returned this error: Engine Error, 392.675.00.
From the manual it seems to refer to the ADC mini setup (Y), but I don't know what it actually refers to.
What I tried:
1) reverse the drums, but the error is always the same.
So I don't think it's due to the yellow drum (the printer has few copies and the consumables are all 90%).
2) removed fuser and IBT to clean ADC/MOB sensors...nothing has changed.

If I turn it off and on again, the error disappears; but the colors come out with a busted density.
A few sheets print well, then suddenly come out dark.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.
Thank you!
