I have looked in the documentation everywhere and I cannot explain what you are seeing here. I think you should call Support at 1-800-821-2797 for an answer on this one.

Phaser 7800: Only 5,68 GB free Disk Space after replacing HDD

Operating System: macOS 10.14 - Mojave

Hello,

the original HDD of the Phaser 7800 has 160 GB. Because the HDD had only 5-6GB free i tried to delete saved Printjobs - but the free space stays at 5-6 GB. So i ordered an new HDD from xerox (PartNo 007K20380). I replaced the old hdd by the new one and printed the konfiguration status:

HDD: 500GB, 5.68 GB free

- Why are there only 5.68GB of the 500GB available???

- What i can do to get the full disk space?
