Not sure if you have resolved this as of yet but try the IP Board nvram chip. 237E26300

Phaser 7800 error code 41-310-00

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I keep getting this error message which does not show up on the control panel, only on WorkCenter.  It says:  

System error, User intervention required to Power off/on machine.

 

Has anyone seen this before?
