the error means that the Serial I/O control clock is not input into the MD PWB.

 

basicely there is nothing you can do yourself.

This is a problem for an engineer

 

(could be a poor connector if not then a PWB need to be replaced)

Phaser 7800 - failure code that I cannot find on support

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I have recieved a failure code on my printer. the failure code that comes up is 341.347.02 I can not find out what this code means anywere in support. Can you please tell me what this code is.
