Phaser 7800GX Smudging and Missing Toner

Check wall voltage, Replace the main ess board.

Double checked all of my settings...   Everything is just like I have had it for the last year.  Replaced the fuser and did not make any difference...   Any other thoughts?

Make sure the weight setting (gsm) is correct. Replace the fuser. Make sure the total toner coverage is not greater than 260 percent. Try a setting in your driver one setting heavier. Load the latest firmware. Delete driver and install the latest. Have a tech do a NVM reset.

110 glossy cardstock. Using the same settings and paper for the last year with the same file.

It looks like the toner is not fusing. What weight is the paper?

We reset the NVRAM and had no effect.

I have the Phaser 7800GX and has 44,000 sheets through it.  I am getting toner smudging and missing toner on the page.  What do I need to replace to resolve this issue?  Fuser is 87%, Belt Cleaner is 70%, Transfer Roller is 76%, Transfer Roller is 90%, Suction Roller is 62%.  All the imagers for the color toner are at 73% and black is at 65%.  Running Xerox glossy cardstock 110lbs.
