Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solutions for no power. Pay particular attention to the 3 and 4, isolating the machine and electrical specifications respectively.  If these solutions do not help. please consider contacting your local support centre.

Phaser 7800GX power issue

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Our machine seems to be having problems getting power. We have installed a dedicated line to it and we still have to go around finding an outlet that will turn this printer on. Any thoughts?
